We were so privileged to work with Television NZ to build & launch the social media strategy for HEIHEI: the coolest app for kids in Aotearoa! HEIHEI is free to use & download, ad-free and safe - plus, it’s chocka with NZ-made content for our tamariki. If you haven’t already checked it out, this is a must!
We had THE MOST fun working with the World Buskers Festival team in 2018: helping to build and curate their digital strategy for the duration of the Festival.
We connected with over 1M people online for the World Buskers Festival in January 2018; instigating a Snapchat channel for the first time (32K views) and utilising Facebook + Instagram.
Narrative was over the moon to work with Bonnie & Hannah to help in bringing ‘levitate’, the game-changing mascara by indigo & iris to life.
The Kickstarter campaign raised NZ$127,945 (against a goal of $75K) and saw the launch of a legendary beauty brand ‘who gives a damn’. 50% of all of the profits of ‘levitate’ go to the Fred Hollows Foundation, helping to cure treatable blindness in the Pacific Islands.
Necesse is a collective of women supporting women. A social enterprise providing a convenient service for the to-your-door delivery of quality organic cotton tampons. Every order delivered to subscribers results in the donation of a box worth of organic cotton tampons to at-risk women, through our charitable partner Aviva.
Narrative was thrilled to work with Necesse on their successful crowdfunding campaign in late 2017 - we love what they stand for and the work that they’re doing!

Here at Narrative, we’re also big fans of a good ol’ shindig. Our Christmas parties have become iconic & we’ve organised everything from small + intimate to large + audacious. We specialise in keying into the purpose of an event: whether it’s community-building, raising funds or awareness.
The Christchurch Food Chase is Canterbury’s answer to a local dish competition between participating restaurants and cafes: held during the month of August 2019, establishments will have specially-created ‘Food Chase’ meals on offer. All meals are under $35 and many have an optional drink pairing.
Christchurch, you’re invited to get out and try as many of the Food Chase Dishes as you possibly can - and rate each one. Submit your voting card at the conclusion of your meal and go in the draw to win some epic - locally sourced - prizes.
